Avast Business 製品：2026年3月25日に Avast Business Hub のコンソール版がバージョン8.103にアップデートされ、旧バージョンのOSのサポートが終了となりました

2026年3月25(水)に Avast Business Hub コンソール版がバージョン8.103にアップデートされ、 旧バージョンのOSのサポートが終了となりました。
これは、これらのオペレーティングシステム上での製品テストを今後行わないこと、また、これらのオペレーティングシステム上で報告された問題の調査や修正を行わないことを意味します。
ただし、サポート終了は、これらのシステム上で製品が動作しなくなることを意味するものではありません。製品は引き続き動作する可能性がありますが、互換性の保証やトラブルシューティングのサポートは提供できなくなります。
最適な、そして最も安全なエクスペリエンスのために、現在サポートされているオペレーティングシステムへのアップグレードをお勧めします。
対象となるOS：Microsoft^® Windows^® 8/8.1以前、Windows^® Small Business Server 2011、Windows^® Server 2008 R2以前、Apple^® macOS^® 12.x (Monterey) およびそれ以前のバージョン。

Avast Business 製品がサポートを終了したOSは、全く使えなくなった訳ではありません

2026年3月25日(水)より、旧OSのサポートは終了いたしました。
しかしながら、現時点(2026年4月13日時点)におきまして、Avastのサポートは終了してしまいましたが、Business Hub ver. 8.103 や、Avast Business CloudCare の管理コンソール より生成されたインストーラーでも、Microsoft^® Windows^® 7、 Windows^® Server^® 2003 R2 並びに Apple^® macOS^® 10.13 (High Sierra) へのインストール、並びに動作は可能です。
また、Windows^® 7、 Windows^® Server 2003 R2､ 並びに Apple^® macOS^® 10.13 (High Sierra) 用のVPS(Virus Pattern Signature:ウイルス定義ファイル)は、 少なくとも5年以上はサポートされる予定です。

Windows^® XP に対応した Avast のバージョンは、Version 18.8 となりますが、このバージョン用のVPSを現在でも更新しており(1日に10数回程度)、Avast Business CloudCare では、現在でも Windows^® XP や Windows^® Server 2003 のPCやサーバーを保護しております。

しかしながら、互換性の保証やトラブルシューティングのサポートは提供できなくなります。
最適な、そして最も安全なエクスペリエンスのために、現在サポートされているオペレーティングシステムへのアップグレードをお勧めします。

また、今後 Avast Agent や Avast Client Program version が更新されると、レガシーOSにインストールできなくなる可能性がございます。
お客様が現在ご利用中のアカウントの Avast Business Hub や Avast Business CloudCare の管理コンソールより、レガシーOSにインストールすることが可能なインストーラーを必ずダウンロードしておいてください。オンライン用のインストーラーだけでなく、オフライン用のインストーラーも念のためにダウンロードしておいてください。(macOS版は、オフライン用のインストーラーはダウンロードすることはできません。)
