2026年3月に予定されている Avast Business 製品 および AVG Business 製品のアップデート(Version 26.x 以降)では、 旧バージョンのOSのサポートに変更が加えられますのでご注意ください。
このリリース以降、これらのOSは公式サポート対象外となります。
そのため、これらのOSに対する互換性テストは実施されず、これらのシステムで発生する問題のトラブルシューティングも行えなくなります。

Avast Business 製品がサポートを終了するOSをお使いになられたいお客様へ
2026年3月9日(月)までに、製品をご購入し、サポートが終了する前の最新のバージョン(Version 25.11)のインストーラーをダウンロードし、Microsoft® Windows® 7 等のサポートが終了するOSがインストールされてあるPCにインストールをしてください。
インストーラーは、オンライン用のインストーラー(約10数MB)だけでなく、念のためにオフライン用インストーラー(約300数十MB)もダウンロードしておいてください。
インストールしてしまえば、Avast のサポート終了後も、警告は表示されるかもししれませんが、引き続き動作すると推測されます。
しかしながら、2026年3月にリリース予定の新しいバージョンが登場後は、サポートが終了したレガシーOSのPCやサーバーにはインストールすることができなくなってしまう可能性が非常に大きくなってしまいます。
Avast Business Security 製品の姉妹製品である Avast Business CloudCare では、現在でも Windows XP や Windows Server 2003 をOSとするPCやサーバーでも動作しております。
Windows 7 や Windows Server 2003 R2 用のVPS(Virus Pattern Signature:ウイルス定義ファイル)は、 少なくとも5年以上はサポートされる予定です。

Windows XP に対応した Avast のバージョンは、Version 18.8 となりますが、このバージョン用のVPSを現在でも更新しており(1日に10数回程度)、Avast Business CloudCare では、現在でも Windows XP や Windows Server 2003 のPCやサーバーを保護しております。
